Model Masters engine paint

Hi guys

I am new to the hobby, and this question probably sounds really dumb, but is there a diference between the lacquer and enamel engine colors from model master? I live in Ecuador so its kind of hard to ge supplies, and it costs a lot to ship here, so I need to be really sure on what to buy. I´m sorry if my english is not so good... I speak spanish.
